Ok so this is my 3rd day of starting 1000-1500 calorie diet and drinking lots of water. Which the water part is the hardest part for me because I cant stand water but I'm getting used to it. =) I also started the "30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels". Im already feeling better. I went and bought groceries today not my usual junk food but healthy foods. I was very proud of myself. This is a picture of me at 157.6 lbs. (Today I weighed myself and I weighed 155.4) =)
Way to go Girl... Keep it up. The water gets easier I promise. Try adding propel packets or crystal light to it it helps alot!
