Lazy day..

Not much to write today. Im off work today..wanted to go walking at river road park but its raining. So just gonna do my workout video with Jillian Michaels. Bad eating day too. I hate it when it rains...


Today I have ate:
Breakfast: Cheerios and Milk 118 calories
Lunch: 4 Grilled chicken strips with sauce 200 calories
Snack: Half a flatbread 100 calories
Left for dinner: 582 calories

SUPER EXCITED!!!!


Ok so YYYYAAAAYYYY. Sooo I get up for work this morning and just for the heck of it went to try on a work shirt from a long time ago and was gonna do a whole before and after pic. BUT GUESS WHAT!!! IT ALREADY FIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes that's right SIZE SMALL work shirt. Thank you very much I am so excited. Gone from L/XL to size SMALL!! Yay! I am still doing great on the the pills with no side affects!
Today I ate:
Breakfast: Cheerios 80 calories
Lunch: Chicken nachos (5 nacho chips) Wasn't that hungry so IDK on calories???
Dinner: Penne with white chicken 320 calories
AND LOTS LOTS LOTS OF WATER!

Ashamed & Excited haha Can I be both?

OK I know its been 2 1/2 weeks since I have posted and that is bc I didn't continue my diet =( I gave up bc I didn't lose a pound again at all. I'm actually up AGAIN and very ashamed to admit my weight which is back to 161 lbs =...(. But Better news now I have realized that I have 48days until my week at the lake. Sooooo....Back to diet again today! I am very excited about starting back though. I started LipoFuze pills today so I'm excited to see the results of it. I haven't had any side affects with them. I don't feel hungry all the time too and when I see food that normally I would eat if its in front of me no matter if Im hungry or not I would eat it I dont want bc I am full feeling. They have actually gave me alot of energy which is great bc I take them at breakfast and lunch and Im at work during those hours so it gives me alot of energy and peppiness (sp?) lol for work! and its now 7:30pm and I am not as energized and also am not having the "crashing" feeling like most pills do. I feel GREAT/Normal. haha. I am gonna continue with a 1000 calories a day or less lots of water and nothing but water and my 30 day workout video with Jillian Michaels (thanks Heather). So be praying I have the strength to keep it up! Bc I am VERY weak when it comes to food!

Breakfast: Blueberry Muffin 190 calories
Lunch: Swanson Meal 400 calories
Dinner: Michelinas Meal 310 calories
Left with 100 calories! Yay!
